Lessons learnt from the french elections

The use of online campaign tools is rife in the states in the run-up to the US presidential election. 

Over in France which has a huge number of bloggers to the square pound... er... kilogram... the presidential elections have passed off with blogging cause-celebre, Loic Le Meur leading the way in the use of social media campaigning for Sarkozy.
